What is an Indian Breakfast/Porridge ?

'Upma' and 'Shira' are traditional Indian breakfast made from roasted Semolina and Ghee as the main ingredients. Addition of vegetables, fruits and nuts contribute to its unique flavours. These products, while being light and fluffy, are high in protein and fibre, make for a wholesome breakfast or a snack.

How do I prepare my Indian breakfast/snack pot ?

You can prepare a delicious breakfast/snack instantly by following the steps below:

1. Remove the Lid and Pour Boiling water up to the FILL LINE

2. Stir thoroughly.

3. Place the lid back on and leave to stand for 5 minutes.

4. Stir again and Enjoy.

Can I put my breakfast pots in the microwave ?

Our porridge is designed for you to prepare in just 5 minutes with boiling water and consume straight after. The serving size is designed such that you can finish the product in one-go. Our eco-friendly pots are not suitable to microwave. 

Is your product suitable for Vegetarians ?

Our products are 100% Vegetarian made from 100% natural ingredients. Please see the label at the back for exact ingredients list. 

How many calories per serving ?

Our single serving pots are designed to provide around 250 Calories per pot which is an enviable target to achieve.

What methods of payment do you accept ?

We accept most methods of payments available in UK such as Cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

When will my products arrive ?

UK Standard delivery usually takes 4 working days. 

What is your returns policy ?

Lots of care has been put in place to deliver a quality product to you. However, for any reason, if you are dissatisfied with our products, please write to us on info@gudness.co.uk. Unfortunately, given this is food item, we are unable to accept returns.

Do you deliver these products outside of UK ?

At present we can deliver this product only in the UK. However, pls send an enquiry/register your interest on info@gudness.co.uk
